Build quality is good at this price point

Good quality best experience of riding but the rear reflector received damaged

I purchased the product for my son on 23rd Oct 24. And it was delivered by Amazon on 25th Oct. Despite requesting for installation, no one came for the same for next 3 days. We assembled the product with great difficulty as the provided videos and manual are for different product also. After installation, we realized that the product has few missing parts and handle is scratched badly. We contacted the customer support of the company, which did not bother to respond. And the product is still lying useless as some key screws are missing. It is difficult to return it as we had already assembled it with lot of pain.... So trying to arrange missing parts from market despite paying full amount. So we know that warranty given is also an eyewash as there is no customer support. I would suggest paying more and buying from some known company as these people are frauds who just know how to sell their product. Imagine this happens when we are in Delhi, what would happen to people who are in smaller towns and cities!!! Coming to product quality, the product seems flimsily built, handle is held with just one screw, mud guards are very flimsy and brakes also seem weak. Overall a very flimsy product. Now I know why people spend more and buy Hero or other good brands at higher cost......

Pros : Built quality, design, wheels size are actually good, weight is also not bad quiet balanced and feel nice and looks very priemum. Cons : 1. Disgusting seat quality, small and hard and u cannot ride for long distance, u have to generally change the seat for sure. REVIEW AFTER USING IT AS ON 4/4/2026.: After the technician arrived and fixed the problem he actually told us a lot of things, he fixed the poor braking mechanism and now the brakes are actually very good, u must do a proper mantainace of the cycle on a periodic basis. Put oil on the chains nd inside disc brake mechanism (!don't put oil on disc!). For now actually am having no problems and have got used to the cycle and now it's working fine so previously I gave 2 stars now am giving a 4 for it.... 2. Useless disc brakes, disc brakes are just for show, feels like normal brakes and in my model back tyre brakes are horrible got broken just after 1 ride, the back tyre brakes not at all properly working. 3. Front disc brakes are a little ok, but the brake pads are not well attatched, constantly rubbing against the rotor. I donno whats the problem it's very annoying and paddle feeling heavy cause of this. Brake pads r creating friction on front wheel. 4. Contact the Customer support : u will get 6months warranty on the cycle, but customer support is very annoying they pick up calls for sure but they r taking a lot of time to give me a solution or send a technician for me to fix my bike. I have been contacting them for past 5 to 6 days. Very disappointing 5. No bell or horns are provided with cycle have to buy separately, which is another cons but it's ok that's not a big deal for me.

Very good cycle at affordable price, with almost all features. Build quality is high. Good packaging. Easy to assemble in 30 minutes.
