Flow of water is so slow that it does not serve the purpose at all and they force u to use it as they do not offer replacement at all and says they exchange with same item? I don’t know what these positive reviews are all about? Very expensive, slow flow of water and no refund or exchange. But it at ur own risk. Totally disappointed customer

The button mechanism jams very often
While the concept of the button mechanism is good for push jet, the execution is not done well. Have used it for over over a month and i find that the jet button jams frequently and it is a pain to get it working again. Getting replaced with classic style.

Good product with poor ergonomics
The product quality is good but the designer failed to keep in mind basic physics while implementing the button (valve) for opening and closing of the water. Due to sheer water pressure ergonomically it is very difficult to slide the button to ON position. A push button would have been a better choice than a slide. Currently the water inlet has to be switched off completely to slide the button to ON position which fails the whole purpose of having a faucet.

Good Product but slider switch is tough
Writing this review after using it for a month. Good and sturdy product. Better than the experience of buying from local vendor. However, the switch gets stuck due to water pressure and at times takes substantial effort to switch it on. Once it has switched on then it is easy to use including switching it back on/off. For Senior citizens it is next to impossible to switch it on in this situation.

Difficult to use
The button is difficult to push up or down. Not practical as a health faucet. The filter is nice but we ended up removing and putting another brand because if difficult button placement. The water pressure is also less than usual faucets. I hope the company imprives the design to make it more practical .

Not working post 3 months
Can't be used for locations where hard waters are used specifically if TDS above 150. The sliding switch will get stuck because of hardwater deposits. If you put a lot of pressure which makes your fingers really pain this may get unlocked but the problem repeats in couple of days.

Not Great Product
Button system is difficult to operate, very inconvenient and also no out pressure compared to old brands used.
