Delicious and tender
Decided to buy this and cook a special home-cooked meal for visiting family instead of going out for a planned Christmas treat (restaurant is very busy and noisy at this time of year due to lots of workplace Christmas night's out). Everyone said these were good quality, tasted delicious with lovely flavour and were very tender.I hope artificial chemical additive Bovaer in cow feed which is currently being trialled in a couple of dairy farms in England will not be extended to all British dairy farms then later to British beef farms in future because I do not trust newly developed additive's "safe for human consumption" testing. Long term safety for cows and humans is not known for certain. I just want to eat natural unadulterated food and know that most cow farmers do not want the added cost of it either. And beef is already expensive enough for shoppers. I think consumer pressure from the British public could convince current farm trials to not be extended. Shoppers collectively have power to change the way forward so I have done my small part by emailing Morrison's to request a list of which products sold in their store are from farms trialling Bovaer and informing them that I will boycot those specific products. An army is made up of foot soldiers after all. I love British beef and dairy foods and want to continue to safely enjoy eating these natural foods in future. I dont want to pay more in price or compromise my family's health due to artificial cow feed additives being mandated by uk govt- chemical additives which I don't think should be put into the food chain and do not want in my dinner in the first place. Cows should eat ordinary grass, hay and cereals they have been eating for 1000 years. Let cows fart if they want to.

Sirloin steak
I bought six sirloin steaks have as I have not had steak for many years I thought I would treat myself. I was very disappointed to find whoever butchered the meat was thinking that he would be clever by cutting a thick piece of fat and reducing it when it got to the meat Very bad cut not happy at all
