This is such a good book. Easy to keep journal, simple to use. A brilliant resource for children as well as adults.

Lovely book and because it’s not dated you can do it any day if you wish. Some quotes make you think. If you have bad day or row with someone write it down and release the anger. Book has a mood chart and a quote on each page.

The best book I have ever ordered, exactly what I needed and set out amazingly. Will enjoy completing it everyday.Very highly recommend.
