Will this dash cover fit over a 2012 Silverado with two glove boxes?

Yes. My truck is a 2010 with the extra storage box and it fit's

It's the model number of the dash. Go to there website and get the right model number for the color code. Then purchase from Amazon if you wish.

How are returns handled?

Never had any issues with this product but im sure they would just have you take it to a UPS Store.
