My husband and I are over 60 and wanted to boost our energy and longevity. Won’t know about the latter for awhile, but we both feel a boost in our ability to keep up with the grandchildren since we started taking this. It can be tough chasing 2-3 year olds, but this may be what’s making it a bit easier as of late.

Accidentally took two capsules from the bottle. But... Why does one look like this and the other look like that? They're from the same bottle?

Too big to swallow. I have taken some large pills but these are huge and the coating or w/e isn't good for swallowing. They trigger my gag reflex with every attempt. was unable to take even one, gave up eventually.

I've been using Renue By Science's NMN (powder) ever since I heard it mentioned on the Huberman podcast. I take a scoop of that first thing in the morning under my tongue and I find my energy is high before I even have my coffee. It's a nice feeling and not jittery or anything.When I saw Renue was offering this enteric-coated NR 1000 capsule I wanted to try it. There are conflicting reports on whether the powder I take under my tongue gets full absorption and whether I get the full benefit of it. I like the idea of taking something that is enteric-coated that I can digest easily.Looking at the ingredients, this is basically what Tru Niagen sells for almost double the price. Knowing the quality of the Renue products, I trust I'm getting the same thing without all the marketing hype.It's difficult for me to quantify if this is working since I'm already on NMN but adding this to the powder I take under my tongue has not caused any strange side effects. I've had no gastrointestinal discomfort from taking this. My energy feels good. My sleep is on point. I think there's merit to taking 2 forms of this as we know NAD levels decrease as we age.If you're deciding between this and that other brand I would give Renue a try and not pay for the marketing.
