Tasty cookies, not packed for Amazon shipping
This was a thin cardboard box containing a bunch of individually wrapped cookies. Good-tasting, yet very fragile, apparently. The box was placed into one of Amazon's thin plastic envelopes and then I think they ran over it with the truck a few times. If there were even 10 cookies that weren't broken, I'd be surprised. But, you'll break them with your teeth when you eat them, so it wasn't the end of the world. I rather liked these cookies. I can't remember why I bought them (after some discussion many months ago I threw them onto my shopping list and then just recently bought them) but, yeah, tasty little cookies.

Delicious but packaging and shipping is not good
The product itself is delicious. It’s light, crispy, and the coffee flavor is just right. Perfect for a light snack and with coffee or tea. No complaints with the product. My main issue is how fragile these cookies are. They are not designed to be shipped the way it is when ordering from Amazon or online. The box itself does not protect the delicate cookie in each packet and then the way it’s packaged for shipping with minimum cushioning, the cookies don’t stand a chance. In a box, over half of them were broken and half of those were broken into multiple pieces. Luckily there are Korean markets near me and I think I’ll try looking for them there. I won’t be buying these again from Amazon or any other online retailer.

Broken cookies
Box was smashed when it arrived and the cookies were in pieces. I tried to exchange them for new ones but it says it wasn’t eligible for return so I’m stuck with broken cookies I can’t dunk in my coffee.

These are amazing
They’re so good. I saw a lot of reviews about the cookies arriving in crumbs. Mine came in a box and they were all intact.

Delicious cookies- damaged packaging
I absolutely love these shortbread cookies! They are the perfect pairing with my morning coffee without being too sweet. I gave it four stars because the packaging did come slightly damaged resulting in many cookies being broken.

Tasty treat
My son had one of these at school and liked it so much he sent me a picture of the label so I could find them. This is a nice sweet treat even for people that don’t normally like coffee flavored items. Defiantly worth a try if you are looking for a new favorite treat.

Great product, terrible delivery
I initially ordered these because I could not find them in any of my local grocery stores. The first box arrived in a bubble wrapper, which was decent, but half of the cookies were smashed up. The second box arrived in a regular plastic bag and I ended up with a bunch of cookie dust crumbs in individual packages. The cookies themselves are great as a light snack; crispy and not too sweet, which is great with coffee or tea in the morning. However, I will definitely be ordering from another vendor due to the terrible packaging that I have experienced.
