Has relieved my muscle cramps.
Good product good price. Before I began taking magnesium glycinate, I had quite severe muscle cramps in my lower extremities on a fairly frequent basis. These cramps were very painful. Honestly, since beginning this regimen, two of these capsules each day, one morning and one evening, I have not had muscle cramps to speak of. It is now a very rare event.

I wouldn’t have believed it. I take a couple of supplements to help me sleeep. A friend told me to take it before I go to bed. Along with the other supplements I’m sleeping longer now. Who knew ?

Helped me with sleep and Restless Legs!
I have been off and on prescription medication for RLS + Sleep over the years. Recently I’ve been having trouble with both, even with taking my medication for it. I heard that magnesium can help RLS + Sleep and thought I’d give it a try since I was desperate.I will admit that I was very skeptical and prepared for it to not work.The first night I took it I was so surprised, I actually fell asleep fairly quickly and slept through the night!! Unlike with my medications, walking up I felt rested and not groggy.I have been taking it nightly since. There have still been a few night where my rls bothers me or sleeping is difficult but I will take what I can get!If you are struggling with sleep or Restlessness I would highly recommend trying this.
