Amazon shipped this 2.2 lbs soft plastic container in a padded bag, so it arrived crushed with some loose candies. That was fine, since it wasn't a gift or was decorative. This was a great value for the amount overall.From reading the reviews & the pictures depicted on front, I thought this would be a soft or chewy-centered hard candy for my parents. That's what they wanted. My batch was different and was completely solid inside.Candies came individually packaged in aesthetically pleasing wrappers. The flavorful espresso taste was truly delicious without the bitterness. Yet.....after realizing the acrylamide ingredient warning on the back label, we can't eat them. It's so unfortunate & Amazon does not allow return/refund on this, even after explaining the issues. I was disheartened to get transferred to so many customer representatives who explained in every way, how this product was still not acceptable for return/refund.So then what's with 4 review stars???Here's why.... seller was extremely receptive & communicative to my feedback. Seller's intent to strive for customer satisfaction & for furthering positive improvements is a refreshing business statement! To be fully transparent also, I was refunded.Moreover, I was grateful this seller was open to taking in constructive criticism. If only we we could all be so encouraged to do the same. Kudos to them!!! I hope this helps someone with ingredient restrictions like my family does.

I was honestly amazed at how good these are. Not just the taste , but they really smell like a real cup of coffee. They have a few different flavors in this pack and I can't choose which one I like the best. I highly recommend these for any situation, I like having them at work , and when I watch television at night ,

The machiato are amazing, like a tootsie roll with coffee. The rest were very strong and bitter. My son was eating the classis one while talking to me from 5 feet away and I could smell the espresso. It will coat your mouth with the flavor and I tasted it even after brushing. They are made in Turkey, so maybe representative of their strong coffee for the classic and cappuccino ones. I normally love strong coffee without additives. My coworkers call it jet fuel when I make the pot. The fact I say the classic is too strong is surprising to me, but it is to my tastes.There is also a California warning on these, which was scary to me and not listed anywhere in the seller page.

First time buying these and everyone likes them. I will definitely buy again. They taste really good
