worth the price
This is worth the price to me, as I'm just an amateur watch repair person that likes to buy used watches, especially vintage, and try to repair them. Getting the hands off a watch is tricky so this tool works very well so you don't scratch the delicate watch face nor bend the very, very tiny & fragile watch hands.

Simple tool for watch hands
Comes with several replacement heads, I think about 4 different size orifices. There is wiggle room in the arm when you deplo it so be careful and make sure the alignment is correct before pressing down. The puller is adequate but on smaller watches you may have to lower your grip to get the pinion off - I would not recommend using to remove hands from a watch face unless the hands are off the face by a couple mm. Tweezers are trash, eveything else is fine but let's be honest - you're not buying this for the tweezers lol.

Not a great tool
It was nice to have the little watch hand/pinon remover with this setup. But the press itself is too small for pocket watches. and the tips sizes are all too small for another watch I was working on. I suppose i could try to drill some of the tips to see if I can get them to be the appropriate size. The spare tips really don't fit in the holes in the top of the press, and its fairly difficult to change tips on the press. So you will have to keep the tips in a plastic bag unless you want them to fall out every time you move the press.

Good Watch Hand Kit for Hobbyists/Novice Watchmakers
The fisima Watch Hand puller and plunger is a good entry level tool for people trying to get into watch making, watch repair, and watch maintenance. I personally requested it after receiving a watch that had its hands put on off center. Using the included puller, forceps, and press; I was able to remove and reapply my watch’s hands. The tools themselves do feel a little on the cheaper side, but for somebody just entering into the hobby of working on watches, I think this is a great kit to start with. The included puller was able to remove the minutes and seconds hand from my watch, but it did struggle with the hour hand. Eventually I was able to get it off. That is the only negative experience I have had with this kit. If you are looking for an entry level watch hand tool kit, this may be the kit for you.

They'll do the job, if you do your part
I work with a lot of fine detail parts, but in an entirely different world than jewelry. This kit reminded me of what it was like starting out with OK-ish tools. There's play in the tools. It takes more time to use. You need to be extra careful so that you don't ruin your work with slight movements. Et cetera. The tweezers are trash, and no good for manipulating anything. I ended up modifying the puller and press to work how I wanted it to work. The tray and cleaning cloth didn't need any shoring up, so there's that. Sounds like a rough review, but the kit did, eventually, work like I wanted it to. For under $12 at the time of review, you get no more than what you pay for. If you're expecting anything other than an inexpensive piece of kit, you won't find it here.

Good kit for at-home watch repair
I've got a few watch repair kits and this was an excellent addition. It makes working on your watch at home a breeze and saves a lot of money instead of paying a shop to work on it. I own a lot of watches and it gets pricey, but this definitely saves time and money!

Simplifies removing and reattaching hands
I tinker with refurbishing inexpensive watches as a hobby and this puller/press was a really nice addition to my toolkit. I don't often have to remove watch hands, but I swapped the hands on an inexpensive Timex from a similar dial that had different colored hands and it was a piece of cake with this puller and press. It's a great tool and makes a tedious and delicate job much easier. The extra goodies with the kit were a welcome addition.

A bit wobbly, but gets the job done
If you are an amateur watch technician like myself, you will undoubtedly need to remove and replace watch hands at some point. It is a very delicate operation and you can easily scratch a watch face or bend watch hands. This puller/pusher set is exactly what you need to do the job. The pullers gently work their way under the hands and remove them from the pinion, while the pusher keeps you from putting the hands on crooked or with too much force. The construction is a bit on the cheap side, but this kit is much better than using the wrong tool and much cheaper than a professional tool. Good value if you need them.
