Reduces Anxiety & OCD's
I've been experimenting with this brand only for the past few months to battle OCD's and Anxiety and its worked wonders. I am a skeptic in general, but this powder is excellent! It's sweet in taste and dissolves easy in water. Way cheaper here than in the brick and mortar. I bought the same exact bottle at the vitamin shop for 50$! Hard to take
May help create melatonin and seemed to but my body developed severe diarrhea. Had to stop using it.
