Hard to get used to taste
I like the fact that the food options have vegetables we can buy with the reset and the items that are more filling than most other fasting resets. The cons are I had a hard time eating the selected meals. The first days meal for breakfast was very spicy and I tried my best to eat most of it but just couldn’t finish it. The broth for liver health, was honestly horrible. The seeds and spices floating in the broth were bitter and minty at the same time. Again, I tried finishing it all and could only drink the broth part and not the spices with it. I am hoping for good health results though.

Easy instructions, includes all you need.
I like that this Ayurveda reset kit includes everything you need. It comes with everything pictured in the product photos/description, and it brings a schedule, recipes, and a shopping list for supplementing meals with fresh produce. My kit arrived and the expiration date is 9 months after the date I placed the order, plenty of time to use. It is pricey but easy to prepare and pretty fool proof. This is a great for someone wanting to try out a variety of items from this brand, even if they are not interested in doing the "3 day reset". Flavor is subjective but I found it a bit spicy for my taste with some fairly strong flavors, but I'm not used to the combination of spices listed on the packages. The soothing kichari was my favorite as I found it to be the mildest of the flavors. It was an interesting experience and allowed me to try a variety of plant-based, easy to prepare foods, that I would not normally consume. I enjoyed the overall experience, even if I didn't love all flavors. I'm happy that this brand offers the Kicharis, soups, and teas, separately.

Expensive, but a lesson.
First, everything here is actually cheap to make yourself if you source it. But I have come to understand that these are not replacement, but lessons in how to do it. It includes many of the materials you need to make the meals and offers you a shopping list to fill the gaps. This kit is the shelf stable portion of the diet.I will state though, I do not believe in detox or cleanse things, but that does not impact that I know this diet is healthy overall. Replacing some of your meat meals, not all meat meals mind you, with food like this is good for you. Decreasing the amount of meat you eat is healthy if you have a high intake already, but I do no believe from the data I have seen that removing it is healthy. On a different note, teas offer very little nutritionally, but they taste good. There are broths as well, and those offer liquid and nutrition.I will not bore people with citations from studies or the like what I will do now is simplify, the food tastes good. The price is very high though, but like I said before it is a lesson and that comes with its' own cost. The cost of future supplies will be cheap if you can take the lesson. The Ayurveda is old, and has been around a while and the food has merit. While my statement and its' are different the goals and ends are similar, the diet is healthy but there is no such thing as a detox or cleansing diet, but add this kind of thing to your diet.

amazing nourishing 3 day detox kit
I've never had a detox kit before. or even detoxed for 3 days. this set is everything I want that I didn't know I needed. The instructions are simple. everything is prepared already. tells u what to eat and drink the whole day for 3 days. the teas, broths and meals are there all u have to do is had hot water and they tell u options if u want to add veggies there is a list of veggies to buy. at first I thought this is too complicated and I don't even have a blender. but u do not need one. the meals itself can be ready in 20 minutes. I'm really happy to tried out the tea so far. it smelled so nice and put me at ease, relaxed me. I can tell this entire set was put together with tremendous amount of thought and gentleness. There's gentle advice such as what is the best kind of water, 2nd best and 3rd best. I think this box set is a really good value to take care of your body, your mind and your soul. This company and this product deserves more than 5 stars! I hope my review was helpful. Have a splendid day!

a mixed bag
Let me start with my experiences of following this dietary regimen for almost two days -👍 The plant-based meals are quite filling. With maybe the exception of the dinner meal, I usually had plenty of leftovers.👍 The meals are rather tasty. I’ve tried balanced kitchari, soothing kitchari, split mung bean soup, and spicy red lentil soup. They are full of spices and delicious.👎 I’m not a big fan of the broths. The bitter melon powder in the Liver Support broth tastes far worse than fresh bitter melon, which I eat on regular bases. The Immune Boost broth tastes palatable. However, these broths contain a lot of gritty whole seeds such as fennels, cardamom and clove etc. I had very loose stool almost right afterwards probably because these are not easily digestible.👎 Other than Peace of Mind tea, these teas are not to my liking no matter how much honey was used to mask the flavors.👎 The regimen includes three teas, three broths and three meals each day. You must absolutely love foods and spices from that part of the world. By the end of the first day, I was overwhelmed with the taste of fennels, cardamom, turmeric and clove etc in every single tea/meal.👎 I question the logic of the meal planning. For example, soups (only) are planned for two evenings to be consumed at 5 pm. I became hungry later in the night. Spicy Red Lentil Soup is planned for the following morning. I am not used to eating such spicy food in the morning at all and I do not find that beneficial either. This 3-day meal plan is billed as a nutritional cleanse and detox. I’m not a nutritionist so I could not really comment on that. I’m curious about how long one has to adhere to this regimen to see significant benefits. One health benefit I did experience is that I had less GERD in the evening.
