Q: When i ordered my rolser shopping bag (now awaiting delivery) it was shown as free postage in the u.k. now looking at my invoice £3.96 has been charge

This certainly looks black to me, as there are pics of another one which is definitely blue

No it does not. Multicolor refers to the fact that the bag is blue and the writing is white, also the frame is black.

Q: i want to know how to fold it

Put your foot on bottom bar at back hold handle (pressing little bar under it up into handle) and push handle down firmly.
