I can eat a wider range of foods now with suspected Mcas.

I had suspected that I have a problem with histamine. Tried the vegan ones, with no result. As I was still desperate, I tried these and they have really changed my life. I still need to stick to a low histamine diet, but I don't need to be as strict. Which is a relief!!I can now have a sneaky piece of cheese and not blow up like a football afterwards. It's still best not to overdo it though.I finally have a flat stomach for the first time in years.

Expensive for something that actually didn't do what they're meant to unfortunately for me.

I bought these on recommendation because I think I have histamine intolerance. So far i think there is a reduction in the itchiness of my skin, but it's too early to tell if the tablets are effective. My only criticism is the container, it's a click dropper and I have lost several already due to my clumsiness...

I suffer from histamine intolerance & if you understand the problem you know that DAO is what you need. But they aren't all equal as supplements. If you believe this is going to treat your allergies or seasonal hay fever this is not what will help you. It's very specific to a lack of DAO in the system & the mechanism between mast cell release & lack of DAO against allergy ige immune response could not be more different. So if you need an antihistamine go elsewhere, this is not for you.Unfortunately for me, I am hyper sensitive & need all the help I can get. I tried this supplement 3 times. At the single dose. Nothing. 2 tabs. Nothing. 3 tabs. Nothing. At 3 tabs a go this was getting ridiculously expensive & it obviously doesn't work for me. That's me, it may well work for you.Now I go to Europe for a super high dose in one capsule that works 100% for me. I say this to encourage you that if you get no result from this cap it doesn't mean another won't so don't give in or give up. Do your research & look around.

I have been taking these on and off for months. At one point I started slipping and forgetting to take them and ended up with a bad rash on my chest. So I decided to do better and been taking them 20 min before meals or 10 if I forgot. Rash is pretty much gone now. I have also stopped sneezing. So they must work!

Works great for my histamine intolerance. I can finally not feel left out for meals out.Box and instructions are not english as a prewarn. Take the supplement 20 minutes before, but don't stress if you take it 10 minutes before as it works all the same for me.However, one tablet is not enough for me for meals out or takeaways, or risky food. I take 2 or 3 tops prior to eating for high risks foods. 1 does work for slightly older food. So like left overs or chicken that's been sitting in the fridge for a few days.Hope they restock soon as having to try the vegan brand now. 100% will buy again when they restock!
