I’m using one in the kitchen and the other in my craft room.

I don’t even know how to actually explain this, but with both baskets being the same size top and bottom, and the slots for stacking are on the outside of the basket, which actually makes the bottoms larger that the tops, you REALLY have to stretch the tops to fit then zip tie them together or they will constantly pop back off.

If your looking for a stacking one, dont buy this, i decided to force them and stack and zip tie them and have stayed "stacked" because i didnt want to deal with the hassle of returning. So if your willing to MacGyver it, its stacks forcefully.

This 2 tier stackable basket is extra sturdy and easy to assemble. I use it for bottled water to stay organized and not have the case just sitting on the floor. I put half of the case on the top and the other half below and it has stayed in place. These are definitely multipurpose.

The racks are a good size for storing potatoes and onions however they didn’t stack or link together. We ended up hanging them separately in the garage.

There are pros and a con with this shelf. For the con- as others have said it doesn't stack. To get them to connect and be level you have to use mega force but then they collapse if not babied just so. The directions were basically useless. My husband says we can ziptie them to stay together. I know most people will buy these with the intention to stack and not be as go with the flow as us and would be disappointed.For the pros- it looks and is sized as expected. Other than stacking it is easy to put together. Lucky for me I didn't choose them with the need to stack them so the fact that they don't stack isn't a huge deal to me. They are versatile, not just for produce. We are using metal wire rack shelves and Bins for closet/ drawers and these will be great to organize my underwear or socks, or swim suits, or things like winter hats and gloves and scarves, etc. We also have the same set up for our pantry and could use this for food. This is also good for homeschool or craft organization.Overall I'm happy with it and will find it very useful in our new house but if you need to stack i don't recommend. I take product photos and descriptions really seriously and this doesn't do as advertised which is why I give 3 stars.
