Great option for carrying the camera
The case looks great and gives a nice retro look when using the camera. I bought this so I could carry the camera while birding without having to carry a bulky camera bag. It's a little stiff to remove the top cover quickly, but it does fold out of the way. Having to unscrew the bottom to change the battery or remove the card is not a big deal - it comes off and goes back on easily. I've gotten several positive comments from people who have seen the case.

Good case for the money
My wife wanted a smaller case for her Canon SX50. After reading reviews on a very similar case which said that it was too tight for the lens, I took a chance on this one, which is actually cheaper. It works great, even with her UV filter and adapter attached. It's probably not real leather and not as pretty or form-fitting as in the picture - no hump for the flash and significant gaps around the straps, but has nice padding for the LCD and is a great value.
