Big pills but gets the job done. I have flavored creatine now and I almost want to go back to these because it was so fast and easy. Didn’t have to drink anything. It’s creatine so my energy level were the same as before but I always notice a difference if I fell off.

This was my first time trying creatine. The supplement itself seems solid, but I wish I’d known a few things before ordering. The capsules are fairly large, and the recommended dose is seven pills per day. Combine that with the six capsules needed for their equivalent HMB product, and you’re suddenly looking at 13 pills a day. To make matters worse, if you leave them in your mouth too long, they start to taste pretty unpleasant. After a few tries, I experimented with opening the capsules and mixing the powder into my protein shake. That worked well enough, so I switched to buying the powdered versions of both HMB and creatine. The powder slightly mutes the chocolate flavor of my shake, but it’s far better than choking down a mountain of pills every day.

Does more for your brain than muscle but you can look forward to gaining weight. Gained a little muscle mass but belly fat came with it too. Body weight consistent at 158 but after taking this for two months I am now averaging 166.

This a supplement I use to promote muscle growth. It works very well.

2nd purchase and this is a great supplement and value for the money

Bulk supplements has always been a reliable brand for supplements that are good quality for a good value. Just a few things for people before buying. This product is made from cow gelatin, so it’s not vegan. The size is fairly small and convenient for these pills (I can down all 7 without choking). They’re about 2cm long and .7 cm wide. These capsules have a weird taste and smell to them so I wouldn’t leave them in your mouth too long. It’s better than the powder tho bc I tend to gag with the feeling of the powder form of creatine. So these pills are lifesavers. They are pretty expensive compared to the powder form but I buy the 420 pack to get the most of your money. That gives you a 2 month supply or 60 servings of 5g. Just today I found a hair in the capsule which made me question their processes of getting these in their container. Hopefully it’s as sanitary and sterile as we think. Nonetheless you get what you pay for and this product is not horrible.
