the noise canceling mic is amazing, my dog can be barking behind me and the people on the call have no idea, which is exactly what i was looking for. the sound is great as well, and i think the quality overall is great for the price. definitely recommend

My 2 year old & and my 5 month old baby can be crying, at the same time , right beside me and my customers will not hear a single thing. They think I’m in a silent office. That’s how well the noise cancelling works! The first day I got this headset I turned my tv to 60 with music blairing , called my dad to test it out … he could hear me perfectly & couldn’t hear my music one bit! It’s SPOOKY how good these work!

I work from home and have two dogs who occasionally bark and always at the worst time. My supervisor helped me test it and could not hear any barking even when it was happening close to me. This headset is also more comfortable than any other over the ear headsets I’ve used before. This is a really good headset, comes neatly packaged in its box. When you open it up you're greeted with a soft felt-like pouch with elastic straps (that's the carry case for it). open it up and inside you'll find the EPOS Impact headset nicely wrapped up. Simply remove the ear caps, take off the tie for the cord and it's ready for use. Thankfully it does come with a USB - A connection which is plug & play, so when you plug it in your PC or laptop will recognise it. I tested it out with Microsoft Teams using the Echo call tester - the sound itself is amazing ... crystal clear and easy to hear. The ear cushions are soft and sit well on your ears, unlike other headsets whose earpads might irritate your ears after some use, these won't! Overall a rather impressive headset for the price paid for it.

I use this for work and I'm in a lot of meetings as I also watch my 13 month old. If you're in a similar scenario where you need to speak with noise around you, this headset is the best option. I've asked my boss if he can hear the abcs playing in the next room as I've talked and he's said no. My 13 month old has been screaming in the other room and this headset does not pick it up. Literally the best option.
