True fit! Outstanding product. Long battery life. Heat zones keep the cold out and heat in.

Battery is relatively lightweight as is the vest. Doesn’t use much energy to keep the jacket warm. The vest does a good job of keeping me warm. Have only had it for one week so can’t speak for its longevity.

i bought one of these for a friend of mine for christmas. i upgraded the battery to the "20 hour" he primarily works outside all day all of his shift. it is cold out now due to it being winter. his job is physical so he needs a jacket not a coat. this is perfect for him. he wears a 2x normally but we found the 2x size is just a hair too small so we sent the thing back and got a 3x which is perfect. anyway. he says if he runs the jacket anymore than minimum power for his entire 9 hour shift the battery is dead by the time he is going home. we checked for an extra battery on the manufactures website it is 99 bucks. amazon has a spare 20 hour battery for 79. that is the ONLY complaint about the jacket. otherwise the quality is great and the warmth is very good. I may get another one for another friend with a spare battery this next time.

I received the vest and immediately was hit with 3 days of the coldest weather this winter. The vest kept me warm and toasty. the back of my neck where I tend to catch a chill on cold days was especially warm and toasty. The vest gave full coverage of warmth across my entire torso, front and back. After several days now of wearing the vest for portions of each day, I still have not charged it.

Heats up nicely, lasts long enough on a charge. Takes the chill out watching my kids play hockey in cold arenas. Looking forward to ski season with it.

Purchased 2 of these vest in late 2021 and used them an a daily basis over the winter months, worked great.Had an issue with the batteries after a more than a couple of months, one would not charge over 68%, other would quickly drain to 0 in a very short time on low. Contacted Venustas directly with the issue, which was handled by Anne in a very friendly, fast and professional manner. The new batteries were replaced in a matter of days, vests are 100% up and running. A very big thank you to them both for the handling of our problems. Still rate 10/10 for the product and after sales quality service and will continue to promote Venustas product vests.Thanks again,Wayne

My first vest didn't work very well. However the seller immediately reached out to me and had a remedy but it didn't work. The seller than decided to send me a new one which works great. I recommend this product, the seller goes over and beyond to make sure it works for you. BRAVO.

Love the product. I got an xl, but I think I ordered a large. It’s too much of a hassle to return it. It is heavier than expected, but the weight is not noticed after a minute. I’m sure it will keep us warm in a number of settings.
