I agree with all the positive reviews here. These pans aren't inexpensive but they are truly a pleasure to cook with. They really do heat up quicker than any other pans I've ever used and the heat is nice and even over the cooking surface. Cleanup is always a breeze and haven't had any issues with any of them as far as the non-stick properties degrading. I seasoned each of them before use and haven't had to redo it yet (using for several months now). When cooking sauces, gravy, pudding, etc. everything just runs down the side of the pot while stirring. Nice, well fitting lids. Hard to believe the hype about cookware, especially non-stick, but if they continue to hold up like they have for the last year or so they might actually be the last pans I have to buy. I've spent tons of money buying pans over the years from supposedly high quality brands and had to replace them again after just a year or two as the surface degrades. Still cook fine but not really non-stick anymore. These seem like they'll have much better longevity.

This is the best non- stick and functional cookware I have ever used. It advertises that metal utensils can be used and it is 100% true. The lids are also truly heat resistant. I can just grab the handle on the lid with my hand. I have never been able to do that with any other set of cookware that I have owned. Another plus to this cookware is that each piece comes with its own lid. This cookware does great using very little oil. It is a little pricey, but it is money well spent.

The HexClad Pots and Pans are awesome. Durable against metal utensils and safe for the dishwasher. But more importantly, wonderful to cook with. Food does not stick! And you get this without the worry of unhealthy Teflon or aluminum particles getting into your food and therefore your biological system. You will not be disappointed and will realize that you are getting what you are paying for. . .a quality product that will last. Enjoy!

My sister recently moved into her newly built home and wanted Hexclad cookware for her new kitchen. I have on 2 occasions (Christmas and her birthday) gifted her pieces to one day complete a set. She loves the cookware. It is so luxurious and gourmet and very well made. Even the packaging is amazing!! It washes well too. She now wants to invest in some cooking courses! We highly recommend Hexclad. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny of the investment in excellent cookware that will last a lifetime.
