Nice & sparkly but way too long for 5' 4" me. They are pretty tho & very stretchy. Not too warm tho because very light material.

I ordered Large to be on the safe side, because normally I wear Medium yoga pants but Large usually fits as well. There was no size chart when I ordered, and now, there is a LifeShe Size Chart but that chart makes no sense since these are not jogging sweatpants or camo fatigues. I measured the waistband of Large at 14-inches relaxed and 21-inches fully stretched. These pants are very stretchy. Large will thus fit 28-inch waists (relaxed) up to 42-inch waists (fully stretched). You would prefer to be on the relaxed-side of things, and I would say Large is for 28 to 34-inch waists and up to 42-inch hips. The pants were just a touch long for me, even pulling it up as high up as it will go (I am 5'6). The pants are also symmetric, with the front looking exactly like the back. There is no ruching, and these pants are pretty much just generic, sparkling tights. The original price at the time I ordered this was $29.99, which I think is a tad over-priced. The current value ($23.99) is slightly better valued, but still expensive for such generic tights. The material is thin and soft, and underwear lines will be visible unless you are wearing no-show underwear. Hand wash only if you want the sparklies to last.
