Horrible quality
I hate to leave bad reviews, but people need to be warned I’m afraid! These were the most horrible quality I’ve ever come across in a teddy/cuddly toy. They had printed outer layers, under stuffed with horrible lumpy stuff so the outer layer was terribly creased (it’s not like you can iron a teddy) and they felt gross. My son was absolutely gutted. Immediately returned and bought them from an eBay shop for less money! Avoid like the plague.

Ripped arm.
2* Plushies look good. Arrived on time. But pomni had a torn arm seam. Such a shame. 😔 very upset little boy.4* UPDATE: was sent a replacement and 2 extra plushies. All done in good time. Great communication and replacement was offered not asked for. Great customer service.
