Love these pens!
I have had an undiagnosed tremor in my hand for years, making it difficult to write, these pens and the size of them allow me to get a firm grip and a definite aid to my writing. So happy I found them!

A pen that fits the hand.
I'm having to write with my nondominate hand after breaking my dominate arm. The fat pen works much better for me. The grip is better with a soft, squeezable lower barrel. The upper portion is shaped to fit in my hand perfectly for support and control. Using an ordinary pen would allow my hand to move uncontrollably and cause scribbled handwriting. These fat pens do not. I expect they would work as well for arthritic hands. They come with a long ribbon attached which can be slipped over the head to keep the pen handy and not misplaced.

Perfect for getting a grip
Pens really are big, more so than I expected. But that’s a good thing. They write smoothly and the button to retract the tip is large and a cinch to operate, even with impaired hands. Worth the purchase.

Does NOT write well, if at all for very long. More of a gag gift.
Barely leaves a mark on the page and runs dry while you write, all three. Constantly have to re-prime by having a blank page to scribble on to get the ink flowing again. Glad I played around with them before trying to write into something important. You get about five words or so before the thing stops writing and you have to scribble in the margins HARD to get it to write again. You get what you pay for so there is that. It's more of a gag gift type of thing as it stands right now. Wouldn't consider it for anything important. IF it actually wrote properly, it would be just what I needed. Looking through my old pens to find an ink tube to replace the one in it with.

Light weight, nice grip
I am unable to handwrite with permanent nerve damage in my hand, but with this size of pen I can actually legibly write. The pens appeared much larger than what I thought I was getting, but they work great.

Great for grip issues!
These are comically oversized, but they do work! They're very thick so it's easier on arthritic hands or for people with grip issues to hold on. These pens are also very, very lightweight. It feels no heavier than holding any other pen. They're really helpful!

The size is good, but they are not weighted. I wanted weighted pens, so i will have to order different pens.
