MTech Xtreme MTX8078BPE-BRK Scorpion

The knife seems well made and has a very good fit and finish. It feels very solid in the hand. The blade is full tang and does say that it's made of 440c. (which was considered "super steel" up until a few years ago) This surprised me, even though it said so in the description, as I thought this was an error and expected it to be composed of the inferior 440a.(I don't know about the heat treat) The blade arrived sharp enough to pass the paper test and the blade, though fairly short, is thick and wide. The scales are beautifully done and shimmer in the light. The sheath is a basic, black, nylon number with a snap retention strap and seems adequate. I have not put this knife through its paces as it is a gift.
