AM Home Kitchen Electric Kettle, 2 KW, 3 litres Kettles Electric Cordless Yellow

This is a BIG kettle ...which is great coz we love drinking tea! Looks great in our bright kitchen takes a wee while to boil but that's because it's huge has a good quality despite not being a market leading brand

Bought one of these, and although it looks great, it is dangerously faulty - the auto switch-off when the water is boiled doesn't always work! We found this out on day 2 when it happily boiled off 2 litres of water, filling the lower floor of our house with steam. Just lucky it hadn't boiled completely dry! This could cause fires, electrical faults, etc. This product shouldn't be on sale, and there's a good reason it doesn't have any European approvals!

Only got this because of its colour. Wanted a yellow kettle and there weren't that many around. It's large and it totally stands out in the kitchen and it looks cool. I have used it a handful of times and so far so good - having read one of the reviews below about "blowing their electricity" I'm keeping an eye and would update my review if it blew my electricity :)

This kettle is big, it's really heavy and too heavy to use for a 70yr old...great quality and very sturdy...okay to pick up if your strong. Never sent it back as it looks fab in the kitchen and matches

Doesn’t have the European CE stickers or kitemarks. We ignored this anyway though as it’s an attractive kettle, but it blew our electricity 2 nights ago and the kettle doesn’t work anymore as a result so hopefully sending it back today for a refund

It is the noisiest kettle I have ever heard!

Very funky and cool looking. Not too noisy and big enough for our family. I love it
