Too many carbs no protein.
They should have the cheese omelet and farmhouse bowl to offset all of the sugary stuff. If you do low carb it won't be your friend. I do like most of the breakfast stuff it's just missing my favorite things. I think a lot of the breakfast meals are actually a dessert 🍨. Cakes, chocolate muffins. Etc. Not really ideal for pre-diabetes or high cholesterol. It would be helpful if they had more choices for lower carb/sugar diets.

The food is delicious
I tried Jenny creig program in the early 2000 and always knew the food was good but was a little pricey. being able to get it from Amazon makes it easy because you don't have to join a club and pay every two weeks. I was a little nervous at first because it came while I was at work but to my surprise everything was still frozen.

Never received the breakfast bars for the $59.99 they were not in delivery box. The breakfast food was awful .

Food is good but some items little smashed and one item in shipment in own individual box cracked exposing the frozen food.Note: Fist time ever happening (quite surprised)
