Perfect for hand quilting
This year I taught myself to hand quilt. I tried a range of thimbles and this one proved perfect for my left hand, under the quilt. It comes with 7 extra sticky pads but they last a long time. I have used them most days for 2 months and am still only on my second They are extremely sticky so stay on your finger well and take some removing but they are totally reusable. The metal thimble is strong and does the job perfectly. They have made such a difference to my quilting and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They stay put
I am a hand sewer and these are perfect. Have tried various thimbles and none stay put and get in the way. These are perfect and stay in place. Can be re used lots of times

Rubbish
Rubbish kept falling off!

Less bulky thimble
Great idea and works well. The only problem is getting it off your finger after sewing as it tends to pull the sticky off the metal and leave it on your finger. It does pull off quite easily though to put it back for the following time, multi-use works well.

Amazing thimble
Love this product can place it where I want on finger it works so much better for me than regular thimbles Only down sides you only get one thimble in the pack it’s so comfortable I gone out to cook n forgotten I had it on nearly lost it a few times

Useful... but as yet unused...

Speedy and pain free quilting.
I have been hand quilting for four years now and have always suffered with a sore underfinger, it has slowed me down and at times I have been unable to sew whilst I waited for it to heal up. I have tried every known method of finger protection marketed and different quilting techniques to try to resolve this problem to little avail. The most irritating thing was the wasted time spent waiting for my finger to heal which was time I couldn't sew. A quilting friend recommended this product to me and told me it always works, her quilts win prizes. My new Ultra thimble went on my underfinger this evening and my trusty Roxanne on my top finger I have just quilted for three and a half hours and no sore finger. This product really works!

Not 8 thimble pads
I have a habit of pushing tge needle through the fabric with the finger not wearing a thimble, regardless of which finer i place the thimble. Saw these and thought pack of eight... thimble on 2 fingers, but the pack has 1 metal disc, 8 sticky pads. Also my needle catches under bottom rim when I stitch Not worth the money
