Only took one day to get used to. They fit my shoes perfectly.

Perfect fit in my workout shoes, really helped with the arch pain.

I liked that these insoles are full length and they really are made for the over-pronator whose flat feet are not going to be corrected by adding a big hump arch support. There's no use trying to support what's not there, right? That said, I really don't get the bumpy surface and found it uncomfortable (even painful) to wear without socks in my usual athletic shoes. Putting the shoe's original insole over the Besnohts takes care of the bump issue, but makes my shoes feel overly snug, even with very thin socks. So I'm going to try one of their other styles [pictured] with a smooth surface and hope they're more comfortable.

These really made a difference within weeks. I was walking much much better.

Not thick enough or cushioned enough

I sized the supports as directed but the arch support didn’t work at all for one foot (seemed ok for the other) and the supination section just caused additional pain. It took 7-10 days for the pain to completely disappear.They looked nice and seemed as if they would do the job. I tried several adjustments but it just didn’t work. I ended up discarding them.

This support gave me just enough height to correct my stance. Comfortable and stay in place. I reorderet a set for most all my shows.

I like that my ankle is no longer rolling to the outside. I wish the high side it was a little thinner.
