These are so delicious so if nothing else, I look forward to snacking on these. I struggle with high cholesterol and refuse to get on statins. I've read about these and they seem promising. I think that solid research nowadays is really hard to come by with almost anything, so I don't know what to believe. These seem to be a better alternative than statins, and assuming you don't have liver issues, should be fairly safer. But of course, proceed with caution with anything you put into your body. I've only been using for about a week and need to get my numbers tested to see if they make a dent. I'll update if they do. But these are more of a quick fix. I plan to get back into a better diet regime to really tackle my high cholesterol issue but for now, these seemed like something interesting to try.

I took these until I used up both bags. I haven't seen any change with my cholesterol. Same numbers so far. I am not sure if this is something that requires a more long term use to start seeing results. The taste of these is fine, I don't mind them at all.

I don’t know if they’re working or not. I’ve been on them for about a year and I absolutely love them. They are delicious. I haven’t had my cholesterol checked yet. The quantity and quality are great.
