A very cool item… it’s basically a plate carrier except it’s not the same design… this would only protect against single thugs or small gangs, but it does the job for weight training ;)

Overal it is good for the cost. Stiching is not th strongest, had to re-stitch the left side belt after 2nd time out with the plate carrier. For me this wasn't a deal breaker. I take care of my gear however, it does get abused. Repairs are gonna happen but it holds up very well. At the heaviest I run front and rear plates, 5 m4 mag pouches, ifak, admin pouch, shoulder light, knife, bladder and pack attached. No complaints.

Multiple seams with ripped stitching straight out of the package. Might be good other than the really poor quality. I'll have to get someone with an industrial seeing machine to fix all the ripped seams.

My husband uses this to work out to help him build muscle, it fits him well with weights on back and front and easy to set up and strap on him, it was more affordable than some others

Held up for about a month of moderate usage. Then the straps for the side clips ripped off. Stitching was pretty weak and could be better. Would definitely recommend getting stitching reinforced by somebody if you plan on using this hard. Wish I got just a little bit more usage out of it but for the price not terrible.Ran 10lb plates and the Velcro for that held well. Design could be a little better with side clips. Fit well though for the most part.

This thing is not Crye Precision. Just want to make you aware of that when looking at the build quality and thats ok. Crye is 2000$ this is under 100 and it’s perfect for throwing some weights in and working out. The vest is great for 10lbs plates but id feel wary putting 20lbs plates in but can be done. Overall a fine purchase.
