Has anyone tried baking this using egg substitute?

We substituted 1/4 applesauce per egg, and baked them as cupcakes. They came out beautifully, so moist and chocolatey, almost like a brownie. We don't usually use mixes but my mom recently visited for her birthday and she can't eat gluten, so we gave this mix a try. It made the best chocolate cupcakes I've ever had, with or without gluten. It's the next day, 9 in the morning and I've had three more. I can't believe how amazing this cake mix is.

Can I use butter instead of oil when making this cake?

Your a might early. Wait until September, then check again for GF Pumpkin bread mix. GF Yellow cake mix?, it is always going in and out of stock! So is GF Brownies!

Gluten Free, yes, but lots of sugar

Makes a really great cake if you can handle the sugar. Yes, it is gluten free but first ingredient is sugar. Can't say it is healthy because of the sugar, but it does taste good with a great texture.
