Such a fun toy! My little boy loved it

Real dogs thought it was a puppy!
When my English Springer Spaniel took the obligatory SnIfF, and suspected the trickery, but remained in puppy play mode.

Design and performance
The robot dog looks super cute and cool, perfect for kids. It’s made of sturdy plastic that can handle rough play. The robot dog responds quickly to commands from the remote. It has few basic commands. But bad part is battery doesn’t last long.

Fun for a couple hours
We got this for our little guy for Christmas. He loved it initially, as did his siblings. Fun concept. The dance mode was definitely a favorite. If was a bit glitchy at times, but was functional enough to be enjoyable. A couple weeks after getting it, the charger went missing. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer to find out where to get a replacement charger, as the toy is useless without it. No response. From February until April, it just sat there. I finally found a replacement charger in my own searching. Bought that and got it working again. Even though it just sat for those months, the legs no longer worked like they should. Jerky movements. Legs would randomly collapse. Our kiddo took it outside to show his friends and now it doesn't work at all. The voice is still functional, but it doesn't move and just sounds like spinning gears. Super disappointed that a 6 month old toy, that maybe got 2-3 weeks of light use, is now only good for throwing in the garbage. Not worth the price.

Nice RC robo dog
My daughter loves it. I was really concerned about the size/capacity of the dog battery, but it seems to hold the charge really well

Great concept, poor battery system.
This dog toy concept is great! It is overridden by a very poor battery charging system. Having to remove the battery to charge it. The battery charger in the USB-A connector is cheap! A good design should not take longer to charge the battery than to exhaust it. There should be a charging port on the dog to plug the charger in without having to remove the battery from the battery compartment.
