This is a very reliable, quick read thermometer.Price is very reasonable and shipping was super fast.Reads the temp really quickly.The display is large and i tested it for waterproofness and it is indeed waterproof.My Wife is using it daily for her baking need, My wife likes it and prefers it over a few others we have.I will be buying another one for meat grilling, BBQ time.
