These countersink bits have been working well for me so far. They're sharp and they do a pretty good job of producing a smooth finish. I really like that each bit is labeled in both inches and mm. I wish more tools did this. They come with a decent storage box and foam insert that's also labeled in both inches and mm. So far I can't complain at all.

Arrived very quick. I purchased this item because it has a storage case. The case is broken. Whom ever pack it had to know that the case was broken.

No product exists in isolation. It is certainly a thing, and comes in a box or soft-pack. But the willingness of the manufacturer to stand behind the product speaks to the long term use of that product.I had purchased a Lytool 2 in 1 solder station (review to come soon) but I needed some extra tips, and was not clear which to purchase.
