cusion is 10cm thick - which sounds fine, until you sit on it, and it compresses to 1cm thick which makes the holes effect fairly minimal. Disappointing.

Good.
Works quite well however if you are already sore it's a little uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise it's pretty good and prevents more injury etc.
