This is how I received my item don’t bother ordering this says it can’t be returned or refunded

Used! Not the colours not the same as advertised
I received this within a week of ordering, but when I opened them they had been used, there were wet patches on 3 of them and scratches on some of the others, also these are not the colours as advertised in the photo as set B!!!!
