Smooth capsule and easy to swallow. I prefer the 365 brand for quality ingredients

Nice calcium product.

These pills are too long to fit comfortably in a daily pill storage dispenser and there is powder dust (from the inside of one of the pills?) all over them. I'm going to stick with Cal Mag 1001 from now on, even though they are a bit more expensive.

Bought this for help with my breast milk supply. I read that when you have your period PP, your calcium levels drop and you have a significant loss of milk supply with every period afterwards... well, they were not kidding!! And I just wish I had bought this before it happened!!! Now, I’ve been able to maintain supply by tackling this supplement. It’s worked wonders when taking it in conjunction with other milk boosting supplements.

I can't swallow the huge prescription version and these are easy to swallow. My doctor approved taking this combination and dosage.

The product boasts they are easy to swallow. They are not. These capsules are too big. They are also a bit powdery and messy. I gave them a real chance so I missed the return window.
