Freshest freeze dried fruit.
A friend had given me a sample of this product and I was impressed by how fresh tasting the fruit was. I ordered some of the strawberries and cherries and am very happy indeed. Better than frozen!

Good quality. Dried, hard, cherries, very sour. Need soaking.
Great product. Very sour.Lovely, deep red colour. The size of them is larger than a blueberry, hence, quite big.Very hard, so need soaking time. Yet I only soaked in rum for 2-3 hours and they worked perfectly once baked in a cake (2-3 hours is fine for a cake, even if they don't go completely soft).
