Product good but packaging is not good and screws are missing
Product is good within price and easy to install but packaging is not good at all The box is already opened sealed is broken and screws are missing from the box as well no manufacturering date is mentioned on box how we can identify it’s used or not.

Cloud and SD card recording stopped after 1 month use
It stopped SD card and cloud recording after 1 month of use. First SD card recording stopped I thought card was currupt so bought cloud subscription but it is also not recording anything. No service support response on the app as I have already raised this complaint multiple times but no response at all. Don’t go for this, spend some more and get better product from a better brand, really regretting this now.

Trueview cctv camera quality is really good. Clear footage and good build quality. Sound Quality motion detection and others are also good in application. Overall good quality camera.
