The item arrived with the charging port bent and a piece of the body not clicked together correctly during assembly. The pump still charged and worked well, but unfortunately did not work after the first use (in our water table)

bought this water table pump for my kids and they absolutely love it! It’s super easy to set up and keeps them entertained for hours. The battery lasts a long time—just like it says, it really runs for around 3 hours non-stop. It’s perfect for outdoor play, especially on hot days. The water flow is strong enough to be fun, but safe for little hands. Definitely a great addition to any water table. Highly recommend for parents looking for something fun and engaging!

It worked great initially on my daughter’s water table, but after about 2 weeks of use it stopped working. I contacted the seller about the problem several weeks ago but have not received a response.

The media could not be loaded. So this pump is 🚨NOT🚨 made for the Step2 water table despite what it says and shows. There is NOT dedicated place for it to sit and pump (the area with a hole doesn’t fit snuggly or for the tube, the raised perch has no hole at all and leads into one of the green arms so no access to water) and we decided to just open up an existing hole on top to fit the tube. Once fully charged (takes about 4-5hr) it fits right and can access the bottom basin where the water goes. It does have a mildly loud sound, especially if it’s linked which any pressure at all can cause but when unobstructed it flows decently to provide constant rainfall. I deducted a star simply because it’s false advertising saying it goes WITH these water tables when it doesn’t, but left 4 since there are crude ways to make it work.

I have bought two and both have broken. One within the first few weeks of having it so I was able to return and get another one and that one broke of course unlike day 32 when I could no longer return it. And that was only been used twice for my daughter’s outdoor water table. It had been stored inside and fully charged and will only run for about 30 seconds and then dies

The pump works. Just challenging with smaller kids. My four year old pulled it out of the water and broke this pump within 2 days.

A fairly comfortable and hygienic piece of equipment, its battery lasts a long time and is quite easy to install and all members of the house use it easily, no matter how old it is, it is very efficient, never a drop of water is lost and the material is of quality.
