Good for cooking as a spice
Flavors up any dish perfectly with its incredibly spicy aroma. It grounds up easily or you can keep it whole and toast it in some oil. It makes for a quick and easy flavor enhancer. Wasn’t sure if this was black cardamon, and I wish it stated it. Besides that, it’s a esssntial spice to use when cooking.

As Expected
Not much to say about these, but they deliver just as expected of this pantry staple. I have used them in Cardamom buns and they taste just like everything else I've used so nothing special, but just as expected.
