Easy to use, and very fast.

This tool is awesome

The handle is next to useless. Holding the tool in one hand and turning the cutter handle with the other hand is too crude and difficult. A cordless drill makes holding the cutter unnecessary, but straight. Holding the case straight with the other hand, and gently pushing it onto the cutter works quite well. You must grip the shell case with a little force because some crimps are tighter than others. I did six hundred .223 in a couple hours. Both hands were starting to cramp near the end. I did the last 200+ in about half an hour, maybe less. With a little practice it goes rather smoothly and quickly. My cordless drill has a flat bottom and stands on it's own. I put a small vegetable can under the cutter to collect the shavings, ran the drill with my left hand, and did all the case handling with my right hand. I would have designed the cutter to clean the bottom of the primer pocket, too, but this cutter does not do that. I give it a 1 for the handle, and a 4.5 overall. It's very good, but less than perfect.

I was having trouble when reloading 300 Blackout cases- about 1/3 of the time the primer wouldn't go into the primer pocket. I could see a little bit of extra material along the rim of the primer pocket. A few turns off this handy little tool and the primers seat without difficulty. This happened with brass from several different manufacturers. What a relief it was such an inexpensive fix!

Exellent outil indispensable pour le rechargement,il permet de nettoyer le logement d'amorces ainsi que de chanfreiner l'entrée du logement d'amorces.L'embout outil métallique se dévisse et peut se monter sur n'importe quel outil Lyman le filetage est standard,il est même possible de le mettre sur une visseuse électrique pour aller plus vite mais attention de pas trop creuser le logement d'amorce ce qui équivaudrait a un étui fichu bon pour la poubelle.Attention l'outil vendu avec son manche ici et pour une taille d'amorces small riffle (223 Rem et 222 Rem pour moi) donc il est obligatoire d'acheter les autres embouts outil métalliques pour les autres tailles d'amorces plus larges.La qualité du métal semble bonne plus de 800 étuis laiton déjà et il n'a pas bougé d'un poil. Pour les autres métaux plus durs pas essayé.Très satisfait

Excellent product, you can unscrew the reamer and insert in an electric drill (low speed) to speed up the reaming of brass

Cuts the primer pockets well. After several hundred cases its still cutting like new. A great addition to 5.56 reloading that saves me a ton of grief. Well worth the price.
