excellent bit of kit
I bought this to attach my garmin running watch to my new bike. I thought it would be easier to look down on the handlebars rather than at my wrist. At £6 this allows my running gps watch to double up as a cycling computer. When I unpacked the mount I had to poke the cable ties through it and this was a wee bit tricky but nothing to worry about and I had it fitted on my bike in seconds. It fits my watch perfectly and is an ideal solution. It is buying me some time in terms of whether I want to invest in a cycle specific computer but in the meantime allows me to use a watch I already had. In truth, this might be the final choice as it is so simple and it looks fine. I highly recommend this.

Effective and cheap
Firstly it's not a genuine garmin mount from what I can see. However it is cheap and good quality. It does the job of holding my forerunner no problem. The fit around the handlebar is a little loose so you have to use the cable ties included if transporting on the back of car etc.Overall pleased with this product.

Works very well
Although this isn't the 'official' Garmin product it works just fine. It fits nicely on the handlebars just beside the stem, and is flexible enough that it can be used with handlebars of differing thickness.I use this with a Garmin Forerunner 301 and it holds the unit securely despite more than a few rides during the last few months including some rough roads and many potholes!I didn't bother with the cable ties provided as the wrist strap on the Garmin gives a nice tight grip (just make sure the spring bars on the Garmin unit that retain the Velcro wrist strap are secure and not bent!)Recommended!

Spot on!
I bought this to use on my hybrid bike to attach my Garmin Forerunner 410. It was easy to fit and works a treat, the watch straps to it just like I would strap it to my wrist. The material is slightly rubbery so it grips the watch and the handlebars nicely keeping everything in place so I don't need to fit the watch too tightly. Probably a little expensive for what it is, but its the right tool for the job and does it very well.

Good item for the price
Needed a mount for my Garmin Forerunner 110 so that I could use it on my husbands bike when I go out on it. The official mount is over twice the price but doesn't look any different apart from having a logo on it. I haven't used the ties to hold the mount to the handlebars as it's not needed as a permanent fixture but the rubber is soft and flexible enough to put it on without damaging the paintwork and once the strap is tightened the mount is firmly in place.Good value for money!

Does what it's supposed to do.
I've given this five stars but its difficult to get enthused about a split rubber ring. That said, it does the job well. I use it on two bikes so I haven't used the cable ties. It fits my Garmin watch perfectly and then the strap is fastened the ring doesnt move on the handlebars. Its ideal for purpose and far easier than wearing the watch and trying to adjust it when cycling at the same time. Service was good. Recommended.
