Great for meal prep

I called EMT's to my house when I had muscle cramps in both legs that wouldn't quit. They told me to drink pickle juice, or if I did not have any, to eat a bit of mustard. That stopped the cramps immediately. I bought the carton of mustard packs to keep in gym bags, the car, school bags, etc. I have since seen this advice in the newspapers. Muscle cramps from dehydration are no joke. These packs are easy to carry.

I wake up during the night experiencing excruciating pains/cramps up and down my legs. For several years, friends have suggested I keep the packets of mustard close by because mustard has tumeric in it. I saw these on Amazon and decided to purchase a package. So far, I am pleased. I keep several packages wherever I fall asleep. I have felt the cramps coming on several times since I purchased these packets of mustard. I reach for a packet, open it and suck the mustard out. So far, the cramps stops immediately. When I sit too long and my muscles get stiff, I feel cramps and/or pain starting to travel up my legs - sometimes both of them. I keep packets on my desk at school also. I am very pleased with my purchase. Mind you, I bought this package strictly for my cramps and pain in my legs.

Great idea for the husband that works from his truck. He loves having them to take in his lunch. He even took some camping.
