Catchmaster SilenTrap Flying Insect Trap quietly captures common flying pests on a glue board within the unit – eliminating the annoying buzz and unhygienic mess you get with typical zappers. Bulb and glue board replacements are available. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN, PETS, AND NON-TARGET ANIMALS. In case of contact with adhesive, use vegetable or mineral oil to remove from skin or animals.

THIS REALLY WORKS !!!
I ordered this in February and unboxed it and put it up on top of my tower on my desk in July. I'm really impressed with this Catchmaster 906 SilenTrap Flying Insect Trap. This fly catcher catchs flys day and night... I'm not kidding.Since the day I put it up it has caught flys every day. I have witnessed flys landing and getting caught in it during daytime in full daylight and at night time when the light is dim.Flys fly into it like they are heading off to a hot date, or like they are needing to jump into it to catch a bus or a cab. It really draws them in.I do use it with the front screen guard installed. The grill does not hinder them in any way from entry and capture.I'm very impressed with this units performance, and with it's large glue-board capture area it has not fully filled up yet. I think I'll change the glue board in a week or 2 then I will add a picture to show how successful it was.I'm a happy customer.

Killer!
This trap is genius and works so well. If you live where there are irritating flies - get one of these (or several). After 3 weeks of using it I noticed a couple of flies in the room and went to check to see if it was broken. The sticky wall inside the trap looked like a fly mosaic. Every bit of the sticky surface was covered by flies. I will always keep one of these going in warmer months.

Works Really Well
I work from home and I leave the back door open so the dogs can go in an out without me having to get up every 20 mins or so. During the summer we get a lot of flies. We tried using fly tape, didn't really work. It took a few days to notice an difference. We tried different locations in the kitchen and on day 3-4 or so it started to really catch the flies. The only negative is that it comes with only 2 sticky papers. Both got filled up in about 4-6 weeks. I would recommend the product as it has worked really well for us.

Hard to find Bulb replacement
At first, I did love the item. It was lightweight and could be moved to other places easily. It does work well.Although it came with additional glue paper, no additional bulbs. Also, did not mention where to get new bulbs.I bought 3 of these. One had the included bulb burn out within 3 weeks. I had an extremely difficult timeFinding replacement bulb. Alto I found the “same” one.....the new bulb replacement does not fit well enoughTo Work in this item. The light continuous blinks. The bulbs included are curved-rounded at top and theReplacement have aslightly different top. Enough of a difference to not work in this item. After havingPurchased 3 of these ........I am disappointed. Ps even the website of the manufacturer does not offerHow to get or where to get replacement bulbs...............unless you can get the older bulbs, the newly designedOnes really did not work.

Unit lights up and works fine. But
Unit lights up and works fine. But, it does not attract flies...... After two days in the house with lots of black flies and small gnats or fruit flies, it caught some of the gnats and one fly. After that, I hung up an ugly Victor fly strip. In a few days the Victor fly strip (with no light) caught about 30 flies while the Catchmaster has not caught anymore flies. Both traps are within about 10 feet of each other. I am disappointed the light does not seem to attract the flies.

Best Decision Ever
I bought this item because I live in a motorhome. Many small insects, moths, etc. are constantly present. What I liked most was its silence, I never knew when it would capture anything. I eventually got use to the blue light which is what attracted them and then ensnared them in the gooey board.

Great for gnats and flying bugs
This is the best thing I bought and I buy an lot of stuff! The gnats were aweful like infesting our new home. Not sure where they were actually coming from but think my indoor plants. It took about three weeks to kill all of them! But the first few days I noticed big change in them. I left the light on day and night and now just night incase one wants to come back! I also didn't change the sticky thing even though it was full! They just keep filling not up!

It does catch bugs
I bought this device in late summer as I was having problems with mosquitos and flies. I didn't want to spray chemical poisons in my garage or my kitchen. This does catch bugs-and does so without poisons or frying them. The only downside is the cost of replacing the sticky pads. Can't you make a $1 sticky pad?
