Whispering Winds Inflatable Seat Cushion - Comfortable Blow-up Foam Pad for Airplane, Travel, Stadium, Camping & Car

For now, I'm using this in my office chair, which doesn't have any cushion, and it's very comfortable. My wife has even stole it from me. However, I ultimately bought this seat cushion to use as a glassing pad to use for hunting. Western hunting has a good amount of time spent on your butt with optics in hand picking apart the mountain and hillsides looking for animals. Your butt can get tired very quickly from sitting on rocks or uneven ground, and it can also get wet, which really sucks, especially in the late fall seasons when it’s cold. With backcountry hunting a huge focus is on weight.. ounces equal pounds, and pounds equal pain. This is a pretty lightweight option and easily packs down so it doesn’t take up too much space in my pack. I bought this after a recent snowy hunt where I could have used a glassing pad to stay dry and warm as I was sitting in the snow. The bottom of the pad seems to be very durable, and I think it will hold up to rocks and sticks as well as keeping me dry. I also like the inflation valve. It similar to my other camping gear which work well and have held up a long time.

I used a T*-Rest cushion for years while traveling in long air flights, until I left it on the plane recently. The current price to replace it gave pause. So when I saw this Whispering Winds cushion and checked its features at a lower price, I took the opportunity. It is more comfortable than the old one and packs more compactly. The only drawback is the valve, which appears durable but is more difficult to fine tune .

I purchased this to pad my boney rear from a chair I use ,that lacks padding. I put it in my work bag, and it's very portable.It's made very similar to therma-rest brand, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 star is it gets a bit warm, (no real fault of the pad, more preference)I recommend

This inflatable pad is very sturdy and well made. Unfortunately I suffer sciatic discomfort and this pad eases that discomfort both at home and in my vehicle better than the various foam pads that I have purchased.

Easy to inflate. But hard to close vent without losing slot of air. Would like it firmer. To carry my weight better.

I am a commercial pilot that flies internationally. On long trips this air cushion helps stave discomfort from the rather rigid seats. The valves can be difficult to open at first but with some use they get easier. All-in-all I am happy with it.

I have a few different inflatable seat cushions, but when I saw that this one was 2.5" thick, I had to try these out. I am happy that I did! I went with the XL because more room to sit is better than less and the XL is the thickest. The great thing about this pad is that there is an inner cushion that is approximately 1/2" thick and that makes for a softer sit. Great choice. I'm very happy with them!
