Looks like caked-on dirt
I had been wanting to try these on some scratches on my black desk. Finally did try and I have to say it looks like dirt that has been caked on for years. When you try to thin it out, or doesn't cover and when it covers, is too thick.

Basically worthless
The colors don't match the wood well to begin with. Yes, they cover pretty much as you'd expect a crayon to cover the scratch. But rubbing with enough force to remove the "excess" color removes the portion that would ostensibly cover the damaged area. Not worth sending back at this price but not worth ordering.
