My husband liked the book.

I have met Dr. Viehman, the author of this book because my dad was referred to him to remove skin cancers. In his autobiography, Dr. Viehman recounts his incredible journey from being an atheist to becoming a new man in Christ Jesus. While an atheist, his occasional encounters with Christians led him to investigate the truth about The Bible, Jesus Christ and Christianity for the purpose of debunking it all. His sincere "investigation" led him to discover incredible truths that are falsified, or at the very least, covered up, in much of academia, and disappointingly silent in the lives of many who consider themselves Christians. Dr. Viehman describes the amazing changes of godliness and goodnes that immediately took place in his entire life after accepting Jesus Christ, all of which he also analyzed to find the source of those changes.I really liked reading how Dr. Viehman used his analytical and research skills he had learned in the medical profession to truly seek for truth independent of opinions on either side of atheism and Christianity. I also appreciated that when he found the truth was different from what he had thought it would be, he chose to stand on the side of truth no matter the consequences.I found the book an easy read and very interesting. I recommend it to everyone: the high-caliber professional; the truth-seeker; the believers in evolution, agnosticism and atheism; the one who has everything but is still not fulfilled; the "casual" Christian; the Christian apologist; and everyone not on that list. The most surprised person of Dr. Viehman's change of heart and life is Dr. Viehman himself. Take a look at it.

My wife heard Dr. Viehman being interviewd by Bob Duko on our local Christian radio station. She said she could tell by his conversation on that show that this book would prove to be an interesting read. We bought it and "interesting" is an understatement. Greg Viehman has met and now knows the Living God, the Creator of the Universe and has experienced the "Reconnection to God," firsthand. We were riveted to this book because of its detailed accounts---not only of the validity of the scriptures from a historical standpoint, but the personal discovery of Jesus Christ as the living God. The miracle of Greg's changed life is proof positive to all those who knew him before his experience. As a reader, you will get to know him before he was a believer and after he was changed....born again.....reconnected with God. The writing is compelling and the claims he makes are credible. He cites many witnesses to his experiences, just as the authors of the 4 Gospels were eyewitnesses to so many miracles. We are buying copies for our friends and family. This is a must read!

I highly recommend this book, especially for anyone who has never been exposed to GODS' Story or who "has it all," yet is really still empty inside - particularly those in the medical world. I would suggest that Dr. Viehman update some of the doctrinal aspects as GODS' Spirit further develops his own understanding and refinement of how to best connect with The Messiah's Life Restoration.Medical terminology fits well in the book's context, but the religious terms do not fit and more plain language should be used (e.g. In plain language "Salvation" mean "Life Restoration" - which also connects with the Hebrew name of Jesus, "Yeshu'ah"). Stern's "Jewish New Testament" could be very helpful in this refinement.

This book was a great read. In addition to the author's powerful personal testimony,the book is also filled with a refreshing take on church history, systematic theology andapologetics. He openly wrestles intellectually, emotionally and spiritually with all aspects of his new found faith,which I found exhilarating, and which reminded me of my own conversion experience.This book is an inspiration to those who know Jesus personally, and is an excellent bookto those who might be open to getting to know Him. I know of several people who havecome into a saving knowledge of Christ through this book. Consequently, I have started ordering copiesof this book and am giving them to folks who I think would be open to the message in it.

Dr. Viehman is a cancer doctor. He is often asked to diagnosis serious situations. Many times he has to share some tough news with patients. This time, he has GOOD news! This is an excellent read, particularly for folks who are looking for evidence for God or who want to know if there is a real basis for faith in God. If you are searching for answers to these questions, this book will provide you with information and analysis that will help you find the truth. Prescription - exercise your mind, open your heart and read The God Diagnosis.

This book has opened my eyes to so many important details. So many of my own questions were answered in a way that I could understand. I have recommended this book to so many people, Christians and non. I pray that this book will end up on everyones table - for all to see. Thank you Dr Viehman for sharing such a fantastic journey with me. I realized after reading this book that I didn't know anything about Jesus. I believe it "fell" into my hands by God's grace. My prayer is that this book would be in the Christian stores - available to all.

This book is interesting, informative, and persuasive without trying to use a “hard sell” tactic. Dr. Viehman explains his question, his method of analysis, how he drew is conclusions and his method of analysis very well; in the end he makes a quite a case for his point. For Christians it will help further your understanding and reinforce your faith and for non-Christians it will offer an explanation of why we believe.
