Bought 2 of these mugs. One of them cracked and fell apart when hot water was poured into it just on its second use. Have been using Borosil products for a long time. Never expected this kind of poor quality! Completely opposite to what’s been claimed about durability and longevity in the product description section! Have had the proof of the pudding! Didn’t have the courage to use the other mug ever since!

Too thick & heavy.
The product is nice but it is too heavy & thick. Not comfortable to drink coffee or any other health drink.
