This thing is great. Not only is it the first time usps actually delivered me my package instead of sending it back without even attempting to deliver but I waited weeeeks for it to travel across all of north America. I watched, waiting already dissapointed as the rest of my prime day deals were denied to me, thinking this would geg sent right back to but no! ALAS i get my hot water pot. I love it. The lid needs a firm push to get it in for some reason but it traveled across the plains and ocean to make me the happiest hot water having consumer i could possibly be. Sleek, simple manual press if i ever break the button, broiling lava hot water in minutes, and it's really quiet.

Ok. Fam had this item over a year finally gave out due to user error, do not fill water past max line. I took it apart they have drain holes that allows overflow water to drain however if they would just have installed there power outlet upside down that would have given enough space to keep the two prong connectors more space from the bottom and allow overflow water time to drain. Still a good product. Might need to buy another.The item cane delivered in a pretty beat up box luckily Amazon double boxes some of these items. It also did not come with a user Manuel, which is why I gave only 4 stars. I know it’s a hot pot and should be pretty simple to use which it is. However this item has some features that would be worth sending some simple instructions on. Like the lock switch located at the top will not stop the hot water from pouring out when using the auto dispense feature, but simply locks the Manuel pump that this provides in case there is no power.Great unit I would recommend to anyone that needs instant hot water.

I've had this boiler for about 6 months now, and it seemed to be working fine, but when I went to add water to it, I noticed lots of tiny white fragments along the wall of the inner stainless steel pot. I fill it with reverse osmosis filtered water, so there shouldn't be any mineral buildup whatsoever.After investigating it further, I discovered that the rubber/plastic gasket on the lid, which seals up against the steel pot when the lid is closed, is breaking down, and the fragments are falling into the water and then adhering to the inner wall. In comparison, my downstairs Zojirushi branded hot water boiler also has some sort of rubber/plastic gasket on its lid, but it is perfectly intact even after several years of use.Since this product is meant to heat up DRINKING water, this is of course unacceptable, and I immediately unplugged and drained it, and will be throwing it out. I cannot recommend this product if within months this gasket is breaking down and little bits are going into the water.

I leave this on 24-7 and use it several times a day. It's been working perfectly for over 2, almost 3 years. See it lasting forever. I also happen to take very good care of my stuff and don't abuse my kitchen, so that helps. No kids, just a 2-adult household.

Nice hot pot, keeps the water warm and holds alot.

It replaced my 40 yrs. old Japanese hot water pot. 3.2 L size is nice for my kitchen counter. Water actually boils and the pot keeps it hot as long it is plugged in. When dispensing hot water, hold the receptacles close to the dispenser or the hot water can splash out. I am happy with the high quality stainless steel and the reasonable price!

It does what it's intended for - boiling hot water. There is no safety lock, and we can't figure out what the turn lock on top of the lid means. It definitely doesn't lock the water release button. We like how the lid is removable for easy cleaning. There is no temperature select so I'm not sure hot hot it boils it at. It feels a little cheap but we only need it to boil water so not a big deal.
